Don’t waste your time for finding ways to make it work with android, I can understand your frustration but you should not waste your time more on it. Instead get a smart watch which supports every device.
Why Apple Doesn’t Allows their Watch to use with Other Devices?
Apple is a company which sells their product in a higher price than they should! Just to show their luxury and Security.
I know their security is better than android but at the same time, Because of security you can’t use some features which is available on android. For businessmen an Apple device is very helpful because it is hard to hack as compared to Android but it is not impossible!
Apple is launching their new technologies and devices to work with only their devices so they get more sales aqd at the other hand Security gets more strong because their device is not connecting with other devices.
The biggest reason is that apple wants their customer to be loyal to them and shouldn’t switch to android so in future if their iPhone starts lagging so their customer have to buy a new iPhone because their accessories are not compatible with android.
Also, Apple watch is depended on Features on Iphone like Siri, Apple pay, iCloud and iMessage. So apple have to add these things in android to make their watch work with android which apple don’t want to do!

As i said in starting of this post that apple watch doesn’t works with android and you shouldn’t waste your time by trying non working methods and trusting on fake videos.
